Within these perspectives, she draws from solution-focused, behavioral and some aspects of pychodynamic approaches. When working with couples, her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback, and to educate clients to recognize dysfunctional thoughts and patterns of behaviors in their relationship. She believes that this approach can further help clients learn and develop effective communication skills to help them effectively address personal life challenges. When working with individual clients from a cognitive-behavioral perspective, she integrates complementary methodologies and techniques such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing, and effective heal their suffering.
